ALBA Buddhist Retreats and Day Events

2008  ALBA  Lay Activities at Amaravati

These events provide an opportunity to meet together and explore themes relevant to practice and lay life. They include silent and guided meditation, sutta study groups, yoga, discussion groups and other workshops. The events are organised and led by experienced lay-Buddhist teachers, although we occasionally enjoy the presence and teaching from a member of the monastic community. All are welcome to join us.
