The next Lifeskills Mindfulness course will start on the 29th Feb and is led by Chris Ward
Although LSM uses meditation practices derived from Buddhism, it is a secular course open to all and requires no particular religious affiliation or belief.

The LSM full course is:
A series of 2 hour sessions once a week from 7.30 - 9.30pm for 8 weeks

Our next course is planned to start on 29th Feb 2012
The 8 week programme costs £100. The venue will be at Breakspeare School in Abbots Langley, Herts and a certificate of completion is given.
